Brighton is a seaside town only an hour train ride from London. It felt like combo of Coney Island and New Buffalo, MI. |
Any good vacation town should have several antique shops. I found them. |
Bloody Mary's and street music. |
Well, we had one day of sun and Brian even got a bit red. |
The beach is all rocks, but they are warm and smooth and feel wonderful. |

Ice Cream with Flake |
The pier was built in 1899. It has amusement park games and rides, a fortune teller and food stalls. |
Our hotel. Brighton is filled Victorian / Regency architecture. |
Breakfast at Bill's was so good. |

We went to the Marwood coffee shop for "kick arse coffee and life changing cake" and read Mindy Kaling's book together. The cake was carrot and it was amazing. Oh, and then we went to see This Is The End. High Culture all around. |
